Kamille + Stuart
Homme House, Herefordshire Wedding
It’s June 2022 and the sun is shining down on Herefordshire! We’re driving down the M5 on our way to photograph the amazing Kamille and Stuart’s wedding at the gorgeous Homme House Wedding Venue.
Homme House offers gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Herefordshire countryside. This exclusive use venue offers onsite accommodation, multiple ceremony choices, grand building and amazing support staff!
Kamille and Stuart made use of the venues many rooms and both got ready on site. Kamille in the Bridal suite and Stuart in the beautiful barn building. Both buildings were full of character, natural light and plenty of space to spread out on your exciting morning!
Kamille and her bridesmaids got ready in the Bridal suite which looked out over the beautiful grounds of Homme House.
The groom, Stuart and his groomsmen got ready in the barn building just around the corner of the main house. Flooded with natural light it was the perfect place for them to get ready and enjoy their morning.
This gorgeous cake was covered in fresh flowers and foliage and it looks absolutely amazing! Made by the talented Emily Rose Cakes Hereford.
Kamille used the services of the amazing and talented Claudia Clarke Make-up and Tabitha MacCurrach-Paine Hair.
The wedding day wasn’t without its mishaps! An unfortunate situation occurred when Kamille’s wedding dress was lost by the airline and after multiple broken promised they would get it to her on time for the wedding day, it still hadn’t been delivered! Fortunately Kamille had a gorgeous evening dress for the reception to hand and looked every bit the part!
There was a beautiful atmosphere around the venue in the build up to the ceremony, family had travelled far and wide from all corners of the World, with many family and friends seeing each other for the first time since before the global Covid-19 pandemic. The early summer sun was shining down on the gorgeous Herefordshire countryside and the beautiful grounds of Homme House were full of flourishing flowers in full bloom.
Kamille’s beautiful bouquets and decorative flowers were provided by the amazing The Herefordshire Flower Studio.
The intimate ceremony was held within the walled garden in front of the Grade 1 listed summerhouse. What an amazing backdrop for your ceremony! Kamille and Stuart walked down the aisle to the sound of a magical harp as birds chirped in the distance. The sun was shining down on guests who used hand fans to cool themselves down, it was that warm the Ipad with the service on overheated! Luckily there was a backup option!
After the ceremony Kamille’s beautiful wedding dress finally turned up! We were so happy Kamille got to wear her dream dress that had been picked out for over a year! Kamille surprised all of their guests with a big reveal coming down the stair case of the house.
It was such a special yet equally unusual moment to witness! With guests cheering and whistling as the big reveal of the runaway dress finally happened!
Kamille’s beautiful dress was designed by Pronovias.
Guests enjoyed beer pong, croquet and live music in the gardens of Homme House before being seated for the wedding breakfast.
Guests enjoyed a beautiful meal courtesy of Cakes & Catering who were on hand with wine top ups and table service throughout the meal and during the speeches.
We love this cake shot! We used the beautiful staircase of Homme house to frame up this shot and had guests crowd around the bride and groom to celebrate the cutting of the cake!
Old School Booth provided a top quality setup with their vintage photo-booth! Complete with converted 5x4 film camera, props, printer, screen and the best photo-booth service I have seen at a wedding!
Matt Healy provided the songs for the evening and kept the dance floor flowing as guests danced and celebrated the evening.
We had one last walk around the grounds before leaving to capture this gorgeous set of relaxed and natural couples photos. The setting sun gave us a beautiful natural warmth to the set of photos and with the grounds of Homme House being so beautiful, it really did make our jobs easy!
